How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard processing takes 1-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping times vary by location.
What is your return policy for custom prints?
Due to the personalized nature of our custom DTF transfers, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective. If there is a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Can I wash garments with DTF transfers in a machine?
Yes, our prints are highly durable. We recommend washing garments inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat to maintain the longevity of the design.
What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
For the best results, we require high-resolution files at 300 DPI. We accept .PNG (with transparent background), .AI, .PDF, and .EPS formats.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large fashion brands?
